People have been using Vista for quite a while now, they have now started using it with more ease. Here is the list of most famous features of Vista.

  1. Windows Vista Explorer: This is one of the most Drastic change in Vista. People are quickly adapting it and liking it very much. the functionality of new address bar is pretty good and the virtual folders are also handy.

  2. Instant Search: Another thing you see when you work on vista is the Search Box. This can be used to run any kind of programs, any executable function or file, search the Computer, Internet, mails.
    After having this you might not require the Run box in your Start menu.

  3. Network and Sharing Center: You might find it a bit difficult in the first go as everything seems so different, but once you get used to it really feels good to work on. You will see the flexibility in creating and editing the connections.

  4. Windows Recovery Tools: Vista got a new Windows Recovery tools, in fact lots of them. These tools automatically detect any kind of problems in Registry, Boot files, missing OS files, Corrupt files and much more. You can actually start this tool from a pre-configured partition or from the Vista disk itself. There you will find lots of recovery options, but make sure that you had a System Restore point.

  5. Aero Interface: Last but not the least, the Aero Interface. The graphics looks soo cool that everybody likes it. Specially the Windows users who are not much used to the graphics, its a a new stuff for them. Mac users don’t find anything new in this.
    Microsoft used this very interface to market Vista. The glass look and the 3D flip makes it attractive, you might love messing around with it.
