PhraseExpress is a software designed for people who types in same text again and again. This software when installed, resides in your system tray and monitors every key stroke. This makes it easier to get the data of your choice, whenever you want.
Creating or Adding new phrases is really easy. You need to double click on the icon in system tray, and a wizard will take you through the process, or else you can try yourself as well, by copy/paste the text directly. To add text, right click on the icon in system tray and choose create new phrase. type in the data. You can create Hotkeys(shortcut keys), that will add data as soon as you give the command. You can also give Autotext, that will complete the text, whenever you type in that specific text.
Apart from that you can also set up folders and give Hotkeys. Any folder would contain data or text. You can define which folder would contain what phrases. When the hotkeys are pressed, it will show you all the phrases available in the folder. You can choose any of them and continue working.
This is a great tool for all those who spend their time in typing repetitive text.
