IIT Kharagpur Students have started an E-Commerce Retail site named WebVastra. WebVastra is a site where you can get customized Tee’s for yourself. This is first of its kind site from Indians where you can get some specific designs at really cheap prices. The site is handled and run by 5 IIT Ex-Students. Their purpose is simple, just select a T-Shirt, select a design from the given range and purchase it. At this time they are not providing the customization in design, but they got some cool and latest designs to choose from. They provide slogans, images, and some design of T-Shirts to choose from. They also provide different color combination which I think is an added advantage as someone would not like to wear only white T-Shirts. I will be waiting patiently for them to start the self customization of slogans to get a Tee for my Blog 
They also deal in bulk ordering of shirts, as in for colleges, office or any organizations, they can get it for you at a much cheaper rate. More than 10 Tees is what they take it as bulk.
At this time they are not into production of cloth, but they do have a tie-up with a Export house which satisfy their quality levels. They provide a bit of cloth details as well on their site.
A normal Tee would cost you around 250-300 Rs. and some delivery charges. Payments can be done online.
